Testimonials
Attending this Jin Shin Jyutsu workshop was an incredible experience. Adele’s teaching style is so calming, hands-on, and relatable—she makes this energy work feel approachable and deeply personal. The self-care flows had an immediate effect—I could literally see a difference in my posture after working on just one side of my body!
What truly touched my heart was learning how to apply these techniques to animals. I volunteer weekly at Alaqua walking dogs, and now I feel empowered with tools to help calm them, build their confidence, and show them love on a whole new level. I’m equally excited to bring this practice home to support my kitties' wellbeing and strengthen our bond. This workshop was a beautiful reminder of the healing power of gentle touch—for ourselves and the animals we love. I highly recommend taking it if you have the opportunity!!

I have been studying with Adele Leas for many years and each class is a wonderful opportunity to learn and deepen my knowledge and experience with Jin Shin Jyutsu. Our most recent class was able to share sessions with shelter dogs transported out of Hurricane Milton's path. Offering JSJ to assist with their decompression and acclimation was an unforgettable experience!!

Wow! What a fantastic lady and an absolutely wonderful experience! Learning about Jin Shin Jyutsu has given me a new understanding about sharing our energies and understanding it as a way of healing. Having it at Alaqua animal refuge was the perfect setting with the abundance of lovely animals and kind, helpful staff! All the energies working together, especially with all the lovely people I met, it leaves me thirsty for more! I can’t wait for the next lessons! Thank you, Adele and Alaqua!
